Room and facilities

All of our rooms are furnished to ensure your privacy and comfort. They include en-suite facilities with walk in showers to facilitate bathing for patients whose condition makes it difficult for them to use a bath; this is particularly useful for patients in wheelchairs. Variable bed heights help to support with getting into and out of bed.

Free Wi-fi is available for the duration of your stay. Your room will have a digital television and radio that can be operated by the separate remote-control unit, or manually on the set itself. The televisions offer Freeview channels. You will also receive a complimentary newspaper each day.

A telephone is provided in your room so that you can keep in touch with family and friends (there may be a charge for calls). You are also welcome to use your mobile phone.

We’re pleased to offer free parking for all our private patients when attending outpatient appointments or staying with us as an inpatient.

When you book your appointment, you’ll receive a parking voucher for you and your visitors.  Simply follow the terms and conditions printed on the voucher to ensure smooth access to our hospital car parks.

While parking spaces cannot be guaranteed due to the hospital’s busy nature, we do our best to make your visit as convenient and comfortable as possible.

We follow Royal Orthopaedic Hospital (ROH) visiting times. Please refer to the ROH website for current visiting hours.

All of the food we serve is cooked fresh on a daily basis by our own onsite catering team. If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know.
